Oh what a masterpiece did the inventor of the Belgian waffle maker develop when he came up with the idea of these little belgian waffle makers. This little gem is a real bargain for the quality it offers.  As the name states it is a flip side waffle maker. It's function is just like those high quality professional belgian waffle makers that you find in those hotels that offer a continental breakfast in the morning. This flip over action makes sure that the batter gets spread out nice and evenly through the waffle faces.

This unit is even higher powered than the previous model coming in at 1100 watts. It is also fully non stick and very easy to clean. This waffle maker has a rocker switch that gives you the ability to choose whether you want a waffle that is big really fast so it has a crisp exterior and a moist interior, or whether you want one that is slower cooked and has a more even texture.

It has a nice control dial which gives you the option of waffles from light brown to dark brown. Just like most other waffle makers, each of the waffles are quartered up which allow for easy cutting or dividing between family members. It has some of those wonderful nonstick plates and an overflow channel on the side as well which makes it very simple to clean.

Another great feature of this fantastic little Belgian waffle maker is the fact that it has a floating hinge which allows the baking to be kept even even if the thickness of the waffle varies a little bit. And also has the nice green and red cooking light's. A one-year warranty tops it off even though if you take care of it, it should last through much longer than that.
